Frame: Generally adopts a through-beam

structure, with longitudinal beams being either

straight or goose-neck shaped, and cross beams

are inserted into the longitudinal beams and

welded together to form an integral unit.

 

Suspension system: Generally consists of a

series of laminated leaf springs and suspension

brackets, which can effectively support loads and

cushion impacts.

 

Axle and wheel: The axle is usually coaxial with

the wheel, common single-plate flatbed trailers

have 2 to 7 axles, one axle is equipped with 4

tires, and the full width of the vehicle can reach

more than 3 meters. To lower the center of

gravity of the entire vehicle, small diameter, high

load capacity, steel radial wide-rimmed tires are

often used.

 

Body: The vehicle area has no side railings and

is generally flat in shape. For some models, the

front panel can be optionally equipped with

different styles, and the rear structure comes in

either a straight beam flat type or with plug piles.
 

High load capacity: Depending on the vehicle

model, low-bed semi-trailers can have a

maximum load capacity of several tens of tons or

even over a hundred tons, meeting the needs of

long-distance transportation for bulk cargo.

 

Good maneuverability: The low flatbed semi-

trailer has a relatively low body height, generally

not exceeding 3 meters, with a short chassis,

short wheelbase, and small turning radius,

providing good driving stability and the ability to

adapt to various road conditions, including

highways, national roads, provincial roads, and

urban roads.
