The main body of the tank is made from high-quality carbon steel, either 4mm or 6mm thick, produced by a steel company, strictly adhering to national standards for durability and reliability, suitable for transporting various types of oil. For transporting alcohol and chemical products, a special stainless steel tank imported from South Korea, with a thickness of 4mm to 5mm, is used due to its excellent corrosion resistance. When transporting highly corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and alkali solutions, plastic tanks with a thickness of 12mm to 22mm are employed to ensure safe transportation.
The tank body shape is available in either elliptical or rectangular. The elliptical design effectively disperses internal pressure, reducing the impact of liquid on the tank during vehicle travel, thereby enhancing driving stability. On the other hand, the rectangular tank offers better space utilization and can be flexibly chosen based on different transportation needs.
The rear of the semi-trailer is available in two types: two-axle and three-axle, depending on the load requirements. It can be paired with different brands and models of tractor units to meet various transportation scenarios.
Pump oil system: Depending on the tanker's purpose, various types of pumps such as centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, and stainless steel pumps can be selected. These pumps all feature high flow rates and fast suction speeds, utilizing a power take-off from the transmission side to achieve efficient self-suction and self-discharge of fuel.
Safety Configuration: The combined tank opening is located at the top of the tank, with a self-locking small cover installed above the large cover. A breather valve is mounted on the upper side of the large cover to maintain atmospheric pressure balance inside and outside the tank, preventing damage to the tank due to pressure changes.
